We stayed at a hotel that had a very helpful staff. the location was convenient, with easy access to food and drinks. the room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. the breakfast was delicious and there was always plenty of food available. the hotel also had facilities like a gym and spa, so guests could relax and enjoy their stay.
The Wi-Fi was expensive and the hotel did not provide all the facilities it advertised.

Price, swimming pool, cleaning of a room, which was almost every day.
The room was not such spacious as has been specified on a site (from 39 to 51 m² big)- only half. In a room there was no telephone, a bucket for garbage, a bath. On a map Booked.net the hotel site is specified not truly. The breakfast was poor. In pool territory there were no enough umbrellas and didn't allow to bring the drinks.

We made the reservation for one night with a day before arrived. They gave us a room with view behind the hotel to a very ugly unimproved area. When we ask for a chair to stay on the balcony, the receptionist said no because they were destroyed by other clients. An unexpected attitude for a 4-star.In the room there were not even a glass that you drink water. Minibar was empty.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly staff, great price, and never having to wait for food or drinks. The hotel was always spotless, and the staff went out of their way to help us. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price, and there was always a good selection of food available without any long waits.

Very pleased to stay in this hotel. It is new, modern, clean, comfortably furnitured. Very good lication: close to trade sites and attractions, but NOT in a noisy crowded place, 5 min on foot to the central beach. It has enough free place to park your car (if you come with a car). It has some supplies for kids to play at and a well stocked 24-hours supermarket with good prices. Breakfast-good despite all the same every day. Free wifi internet - when we arrived it has become paid (10 bg levs per day) but they were very correct to us and offered us a free password if we were to use it (according to reservation it`s free). Very good service at the reception, porters, chambermaids and reservation office where we called before arriving to check if everything is ok with the reservation. We would stay again.
The lack of umbrellas with the lounges around the pool. The water in showers by the pool too cold for me-in fact there is only cold (freezing) water. If you want to use the offered cooking facilities you will have to supply yourself with everything else except the two hot-plates available in the rooms. The location of the hotel is not where shown in this site - we had difficulties to find it on our arrival. It is not in the center but in the south part of the resort near the main road, neighbouring Royal Sun apart.hotel.

During my Easter weekend stay, I appreciated the food options and friendly staff at the hotel. The room was clean and neat, with available toiletries and fresh towels. the hotel's prime location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and finding fun local activities.
My experience at this hotel was overshadowed by several negative aspects. the advertised amenities were not available during my stay, including the gym and spa.

Nice staff, ready to help. Location is good - near all Sunny beach restaurants and clubs but in a quite place. Hotel has supermarket with all you might need...
Be careful when crossing the road :)

A brand new hotel with comfortable big rooms, incredible low price and nice staff.Very clean, making room and changing towels every day.Perfect own pool and "beach" bar.Very friendly and helpful people are working here.Perfect for a family or society vacation.0-24 open supermarket.Breakfast packet for early check-out.Unbeatable value for money.Thx for Lidiya and the boss of the restaurant, sorry I forgot ask his name.I recommend the hotel to all.
The breakfast is everyday the same, rich but not varied. The see of course not 150 meters but two times more and the center is a little bit more farther away.

The food had a good selection and variety, which made Xmas Day enjoyable despite being away from home. the hotel location was convenient to many tourist attractions and interesting neighborhoods. the staff was friendly and made the experience feel personalized.
The hotel has seen better days, with the furniture and decor showing signs of wear and tear. the room was also uncomfortable and had noise issues that impeded on a good night's sleep.

The hotel has a nice pool, the staff from the bar and restaurant were very helpful. The room was big, newly furnished and cleaned daily (the towels were also changed on a daily basis). The hotel had also a small supermarket where one could buy anything from juices to toothbrushes.
Although the hotel wasn't very far from the beach and center (5 min respectively 10 min) it was pretty difficult to cross the busy main road of Sunny Beach in order to get there. The staff from the reception wasn't so nice (I guess they were expecting a tip or something...): our room didn't have chairs and table for the balcony and when we asked for them, the staff's answer was "maybe". After wise we noticed that even unoccupied rooms had balcony furniture so it wouldn't have been a big trouble...

The room was very spacey. The swimming pool and pool bar area were absolutely beautiful.
There were several problems inside the room. Check-in and check-out took too long. No wireless internet available. The hotel only accepted cash for the room and services!!!

I had mixed experiences in this hotel: its price was a special offer, so I should not complain about anything... Room was comfortable and clean, with brand new furniture. Staff was fine, but I felt a general disinterest to customer needs (like almost everywhere in Bulgaria). Entrance to the rooms is not strictly controlled, so you can bring people to your room without any problem.
An old-styled boiler in the bathroom that produces strange sounds (!) when water get hot (I guess for the increased pressure)... I gave a shirt to laundry, and it went back like ten years older (not to mention how bad it was ironed)... There were still hanging cables pending from the ceiling in the corridor to the room... Curtains are useless against light... Wireless only in the hall, and you have to pay for it... Breakfast is not suitable for Italians... You need at least 15min to reach the beach walking
